Please select this link to pay your patient responsibility estimate in full prior to the date of service. Make sure to enter the account number provided to you by your Treasure Coast Center for Surgery patient representative.

If you are unable to pay the patient responsibility estimate in full prior to/on the date of service, please contact us directly: (772) 286-8028. A Treasure Coast Center for Surgery patient representative can assist you in setting up a payment plan prior to/on the date of service.
